When you arrive at the building, use the call box at the entrance and select the 4th floor. After entering the lobby, a Jean Dousset advisor will greet you and personally escort you to our showroom on the 4th floor.

Our SoHo showroom is within a short walk of several subway stations:

• Prince St (N, R, W lines)
• Broadway–Lafayette St (B, D, F, M lines)
• Bleecker St (6 line)

Each station is approximately 3–6 minutes walking distance from the showroom.

Our showroom is conveniently located near New York City’s two major airports:

• LaGuardia Airport (LGA): about 25–30 minutes without traffic
• John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK): about 35–40 minutes without traffic

Yes. During your appointment, our Client Advisors will guide you through the process of designing a custom engagement ring. You will be able to explore sample designs, review loose diamonds, and discuss your preferences so your ring can be crafted to your specifications.

To provide the most personalized experience, we kindly request that appointments be limited to two guests at a time. If there are specific designs or collections you’d like to explore, feel free to let us know in advance so we can prepare options for your visit.
