Does the warranty cover my entire order?

Each protection plan is applied to a single item. To cover multiple pieces, a plan must be added to each one individually.

What if I want to return my product?

Protection plans purchased for items that are returned within 30 days of receipt will be fully refunded. After 30 days, you will be issued a prorated refund. Please contact our Client Care team for more details.

Claims can be submitted 30 days after your purchase date. Claims can be made anytime after this initial waiting period.
